Graduated as Architect in 1989 and as a Specialist in Planning of Physical Resources for Health Care in 1999 from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). In 2002-2003 completed the course load of the Master in Social Sciences and Health Care of CEDES-FLACSO (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
After several work experiences, between 1993 and 2000 was a partner in the firm Erik Guth & Luciano Monza: Planificación, Proyecto y Dirección de Edificios para la Salud.
From 2001 to 2003 was Coordinator of the Physical Resources for Health Care Planning Project of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (GCBA).
From 2004 to 2007 coordinated the GCBA Investment Subprogram.
Former President and currently Vice-president of Argentina's Hospital Architecture and Engineering Association (AADAIH), has taught courses and has been lecturer in a number of national and international congresses.
Presidente of IFHE World Congress Buenos Aires 2014.
Posgraduate lecturer in Buenos Aires, Porto Alegre and Barcelona.
